Relax your shoulders and stand naturally.
Measure around the base of the breasts. Record the underbust measurement.

Measure the Overbust
Use the nipple line as the reference point.
Measure a full circle in three positions: standing upright, leaning foreard 45°, and leaning forward 90°.
Take the average of the three values.
